On Thursday April 13th WRC and Hospice and Palliative Care of Almance / Caswell will offer an educational workshop on planning for and executing Advanced Health Care directives and the documents that you need to have in place. We will offer two sessions – one from 1 pm to 3 pm and an evening session from 5 pm to 7 pm. Both session will have social workers on site to assist with filling out a HCPOA and Living Wills.
