Come learn and apply tools to help you promote effective communication and reduce conflicts.
Effective communication involves a lot more than what someone says. It also involves more than what someone hears. Effective communication means that the messages sent are clear and understandable and that the receivers understood the messages.
Today, with so much being done electronically, communication now more than ever also involves technology. Yet, effective communication via technology still requires clear and understandable messages that are understood by the folks receiving those messages.
This presentation covers ways to enhance verbal, non-verbal, and technical communication. When we communicate effectively, by whatever means, conflicts are significantly reduced both personally and in the workplace. This workshop is presented by Trudy R. Tobias, MSW, LCSW, and she is looking forward to communicating effectively with you!
