SUMMARY:Grieve with Grace: Carrying Love Forward
DESCRIPTION:Grieve with Grace is a compassionate three-week workshop created to help women understand\, process\, and heal from grief in a safe\, supportive\, and empowering environment. Through guided discussions\, journaling exercises\, and evidence-based presentations\, participants will explore the emotional\, physical\, and mental effects of grief while learning healthy coping strategies and mindfulness techniques. Each session encourages connection\, self-expression\, and the rediscovery of personal values that can guide healing. By the end of the workshop\, participants will have gained a greater understanding of the grieving process\, a sense of community\, and practical tools to continue living with strength\, purpose\, and grace. Participants 18 and older are welcome\, and the programming will focus on women experiencing grief.
