DESCRIPTION:Every parent wants to be sure their daughter is prepared for all the changes that come with growing up.\nTo help smooth this transition into adolescence\, Women’s Resource Center offers “Growing up and Liking It” a workshop designed for both female caregivers and girls ages 8 to 11.  The workshop provides information about the changes that come with puberty as well as other physical\, emotional\, and sexuality issues.
