Indulge in a night of fine wine, exquisite Prego’s cuisine, and heartfelt community spirit at our exclusive Wine Dinner Fundraiser. This special event is designed to bring together wine enthusiasts, food lovers, and supporters of Women’s Resource Center in Alamance County for an evening of celebration and generosity.
Each course will be served with a glass of wine paired to bring out the best in the food and the wine.
Starter- Baby Arugula topped with roasted beets, goat cheese and dressed with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Main Course- Amatriciana Homemade Pasta with bacon, Italian sausage, onions, peas and fresh basil OR Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast in Lemon Sauce with peas and mushrooms. Served with mashed potatoes.
Dessert – Limoncello cake
