Growing Up and Liking It
A Workshop for Female Caregivers and Girls (Ages 8–11)
Help your daughter feel confident and prepared for the changes that come with growing up.
Join us for this fun, informative workshop covering the physical and emotional changes of puberty in a supportive, welcoming space.
Participants will also build their own “Period Pack”—a personalized toolkit to help them feel ready and empowered for what’s ahead.
