WRCAC Wine Dinner – Wine, Dine & Make a difference!

This October, gather with friends at Prego’s for an evening that delights the palate and strengthens our community. The Women’s Resource Center in Alamance County invites you to enjoy a chef-crafted fall menu paired with fine wine, knowing that every reservation helps empower women through vital programs and support services.

Starter
✨ Homemade Pumpkin Ravioli — tender pasta pillows filled with rich pumpkin, served in a decadent four-cheese sauce and finished with toasted almonds for a touch of warmth and crunch.

Entrée (choose one):
🍗 Chicken Caprese — juicy chicken breast sautéed in basil pesto sauce, topped with fresh tomato and mozzarella, and served alongside penne pasta tossed with garlic and oil.
🐟 Filet of Sole — a mild white fish delicately prepared with lemon-butter sauce, colorful peppers, asparagus, and fresh chopped tomatoes, served with seasonal mixed vegetables.

Dessert
🥧 Homemade Warm Apple Pie — a classic autumn treat, baked golden and served with creamy vanilla ice cream.
