Mental Fitness is the capacity to handle the challenges of life with a positive mindset rather than getting upset and stressed. Everyone is still coping with the challenges that the pandemic brought on. While we are not as concerned about health issues, there have been many changes from whether we continue to work from home or the office to missing restaurants and stores that we used to count on, to still wondering whether a destination wedding is a good idea. Building our Mental Fitness so that we are able to cope with changes and challenges more positively, is more important than ever. It also has a positive impact on developing peak performance, peace of mind, wellness, and healthy relationships.
