Women’s Resource Center in Alamance County is pleased to present Robin Huffman the Executive Director of the NC Psychiatric Association, a medical society for psychiatric physicians based in Raleigh that serves as the state office of the American Psychiatric Association.

Robin has received national recognition for some of her hospital and association work, including receiving the APA’s Best Practice Award on five separate occasions and a number of honorable mentions.
Robin is a registered lobbyist and has a passion for empowering her psychiatrist members, the public and patients to help dispel the stigma of mental illness.
