The Presbyterian Home of Hawfields is excited to announce the Grand Reopening of the Rehab Unit and Thirty Second Anniversary of the Home being open and serving the community. The Presbyterian Home opened on April 24,1984 on the 52 acre site given by Mrs. Mary White Scott, wife of former Governor Kerr Scott and mother of former Governor Bob Scott to Hawfields Presbyterian Church for development as a retirement center. When the corporation was formed, the church deeded the property to the corporation and the Home operates today as a Not-For-Profit Corporation. The Presbyterian of Hawfields is committed to providing the highest quality of life for all residents. The Home strives to create a caring living environment with emphasis on maximizing self-motivation, independence and rehabilitation. To better meet the needs of the residents, the Home is dedicated to selecting superior resources and implementing continuous quality management strategies.
