Grieve with Grace: Navigating the Waves

Grieve with Grace is a compassionate three-week workshop created to help women understand, process, and heal from grief in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Through guided discussions, journaling exercises, and evidence-based presentations, participants will explore the emotional, physical, and mental effects of grief while learning healthy coping strategies and mindfulness techniques. Each session encourages connection, self-expression, and the rediscovery of personal values that can guide healing. By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained a greater understanding of the grieving process, a sense of community, and practical tools to continue living with strength, purpose, and grace. Participants 18 and older are welcome, and the programming will focus on women experiencing grief. We would be honored to have you join us.
Week 2: Navigating the Waves, finding ways to cope, express, and care for yourself through grief
In our second session together, we will explore:
- Tools for regulating emotions
- Healthy ways to express grief (writing, talking, ritual)
- Understanding grief triggers & sudden waves
- Practicing self-compassion during loss
